AFTON BAILY GRIFFIN,
FOUNDER & CEO
Afton is an experienced web marketing professional having worked in various fields throughout her career. Prior to managing A Brand Strategy Consulting full time she worked as the lead project manger for the National Charter School Resource Center with the US Department of Education at Safal Partners management consulting firm.
Previously she was the Director of Marketing and Business Development team at luxury interior design firm Laura U, Inc. At Laura U, Afton was responsible for pitching editorials, marketing strategy and execution, events, social media strategy, business development, and retail marketing. Prior to working for Laura U, Afton was the Manager of the Technology and Innovation Department at the Laura and John Arnold Foundation managing a budget of over $1M and 24 staff working on the ERIN Project and the Giving Library.
Before she worked at the Laura and John Arnold Foundation, Afton worked with Texas Comptroller Susan Combs’ political campaign where she was the campaign director during the 2010 cycle. Afton spearheaded several large projects including public relations, fundraising, accounting, staff management, as well as the website and branding.
Afton holds a degree in Corporate Communication from the University of Texas at Austin and is an American Academy of Project Management certified Master Project Manager. She was born and raised in Midland, TX and currently resides with her husband, Bradley Griffin, in Houston, TX with their two young kids, one cat, and two dogs. When Afton is not consulting she is writing on her fashion-lifestyle blog TheWellSet.com, or traveling to new places and trying new things.
Brooke Baily Clark,
Principal Consultant & Partner
Brooke Baily Clark joined A Brand Strategy in 2017 to bring premiere web marketing services to North Texas, as she is based in Wichita Falls, TX, while collaborating with her sister, Afton. Prior to joining ABS, Brooke worked in the marketing department at Children's Medical Center in Dallas, TX. At Children's, she specialized in community relations, marketing events, public relations, brand identity & created the Children's Art Project to showcase patients artwork to further the Children's brand. Brooke graduated from the University of TX with a BS in Public Relations in 2001. She moved with her family to Wichita Falls after the birth of her first daughter, Baily, in 2008. Since then, she and her husband, Bo, have welcomed another daughter, Molly in 2009, & son, Peter in 2012.

Katelyn Perkins is an experienced, independent social media and PR manager who helps brands strategize and execute their marketing plans. She has worked in-house in marketing departments for larger brands, as well as agency-side for PR firms. Katelyn now works with clients in a range of industries, including entertainment, technology, beverage, real estate and retail, delivering social media strategy, day-to-day online community management and media outreach.

Lindsey Lunn specializes in marketing services to North Texas, as she is based in Wichita Falls, TX. She was born and raised in Wichita Falls, and moved back shortly after college graduation from the University of Texas in 2009. She holds two degrees from UT- a BBA in Marketing and a BS in History. Since then, Lindsey has worked in business development, event management, branding, customer relations, logistics, and market research. She is married to her husband, Cuatro, and the two have been growing their family for the past five years. She has two boys, Cinco and Brooks, and is welcoming another baby this fall.
